Fantasy Football: The Top 10 Rookie Running Backs for 2017
Everybody wants a piece of Leonard Fournette, but what other young backs should you be targeting in your fantasy football drafts?

10. Alvin Kamara, New Orleans Saints

Average Draft Position: 13.11 (RB57)
Projected Fantasy Points: 38.53 (RB71)

Fresh out of the University of Tennessee, Alvin Kamara is thought of as more of a passing-down back, especially in the New Orleans Saints' high-powered aerial attack. Our numbers suggest as much, too.

The thing is that Kamara will be forced to operate behind Mark Ingram and Adrian Peterson, so our models project him for just 55 total touches, 281 yards, and 1.8 touchdowns this season. Still, on average, he's going with the 11th pick of the 13th round (pick 13.11) in standard 12-team drafts.

He's a late-round flier who has more appeal in full PPR formats.
