Rishard Matthews, WR, Tennessee Titans

Figuring out the Tennessee Titans' passing game has taken, well, the whole season so far. But after a solid stretch of games, scoring four times in the past four, and culminating in Sunday's 9-catch, 122-yard performance, it's safe to assume that Rishard Matthews is the wideout to own in Nashville.

With double-digit targets in two of his last four games, Matthews is most likely to make the most impact among the Titans' wideout corps. And his on-field efficiency should keep him relevant even when he isn't garnering double-digit targets, as his 0.93 Reception Net Expected Points (NEP) per target ranks first among the 55 wide receivers with 50 or more targets this season.

Part of Matthews' efficiency is attributable to his awesome 71% touchdown conversion rate in the red zone this season. But his 94.4% Reception Success Rate -- the percentage of receptions resulting in positive NEP -- ranks ninth among that same cohort of 55 receivers. So he isn't just efficient because he's getting in the end zone; he's been consistently moving the chains when the ball is directed his way.

After a largely absent first half of the season, Tajae Sharpe has finally woken up, posting two straight 68-yard, 1-touchdown games. So it does make sense to keep an eye out for Sharpe's usage in the coming weeks. But if Matthews is still on your waiver wire, go get him as soon as possible.
