Brian Hoyer has been the Chicago Bears' best quarterback this season, and it looks like he is in line to get the start for Week 5's game against the Indianapolis Colts.

He has turned in a very efficient season so far, and his 0.29 Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per drop back ranks 6th among the 34 quarterbacks to drop back at least 50 times through Week 4. He has been fairly average in terms of fantasy efficiency with 0.47 fantasy points per pass attempt (good for 23rd among the 39 quarterbacks with at least 25 attempts on the season), but his low price tag and great matchup this week mean he doesn't need to be overly efficient to offer great value.

The Colts rank 28th in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per drop back and have allowed the 11th-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this season.
