Last week, we targeted the Cleveland Browns with the Miami Dolphins defense, and while the Dolphins didn't perform up to expectations, they did generate four sacks and one turnover against a Cody Kessler-led offense.

This week, the Browns are once again on the road and once again a big underdog. Cleveland heads to the nation's capital to take on Washington, whom Vegas has listed as a 9.5-point favorite with a measly implied total of 18.

The Redskins defense got off to a rough start against the Pittsburgh Steelers and Dallas Cowboys in the season's opening two weeks, but they are coming off a road performance in which they sacked Eli Manning twice while generating three turnovers. On the season, the Redskins are tied for 12th in the league in sacks (7) and have forced 5 turnovers through three games.

Josh McCown will likely be out again this week, so it'll be more of Kessler and Terrelle Pryor at quarterback. That puts the Redskins defense in a plum spot.
