8 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 3
Leading the Eagles' backfield in snaps, Darren Sproles has a great matchup this week against Pittsburgh.

Marcus Mariota, QB, Tennessee Titans

Marcus Mariota is owned in a shade over 50% of ESPN public leagues, so this one may not apply to you if you're in a deeper league. But the second-year passer is in a fantastic spot this week, and he is one of the better quarterback options.

The Oakland Raiders have been absolutely terrible against the pass to start the season, allowing the most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks, the most passing yards, the most passing touchdowns and the highest adjusted yards per pass attempt. Unsurprisingly, they also rank last in Adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per drop back.

Mariota hasn't put together any overly impressive fantasy performances yet, but the Titans have been the league's 11th-most pass-heavy team to start the year with a 1.72 pass-to-run ratio. They have been especially pass-happy when they get into scoring range as their 4.33 red zone pass-to-run ratio is the highest in the league.

He always has an enticing ceiling because of his running ability, but the matchup makes Mariota a very good play this week.
