Quarterbacks

High-Cost Option: Andrew Luck ($8,300)

This game is currently tied for the highest over/under, and it features the team with the highest implied total in the Indianapolis Colts. Therefore, you should have no reservations about chasing Andrew Luck and his current 27.25 projected point total. Luck's injury plagued 2015 campaign left a bad taste in fantasy owners mouths, but prior to that, he led all quarterbacks in 300-plus passing yard games (10) and passing touchdowns (40) in 2014. Given the emergence of Donte Moncrief to pair with T.Y. Hilton, the Detroit Lions' secondary will have their hands full. Per Rotoworld's Rich Hribar, Detroit allowed opposing offenses to score a touchdown on 26.4% of their drives, the second-highest rate in the league.

Mid-Cost Option: Kirk Cousins ($7,400)

Cash or GPP's, Kirk Cousins looks to be in line for a great outing this week against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Cousins emerged last season as a trustworthy fantasy quarterback with just 7 quarterbacks having more top-12 weeks than he did. He even showed an exceptionally high ceiling as only Cam Newton and Russell Wilson had more top-six finishes. Last year, Pittsburgh was bottom-12 in passing touchdowns allowed. The current over/under for this game is set at 50.0 total points -- third-highest on the slate. While Cousins isn't available in every contest due to his Monday Night Football matchup, he remains a top-flight option at a decent price.

Low-Cost Option: Dak Prescott ($5,000)

When a starting quarterback is available at the minimum price, it's hard to ignore. A fourth-round rookie, Prescott was fantastic during the preseason, completing 78% of his passes and scoring 7 total touchdowns (5 passing and 2 rushing). The New York Giants allowed the second-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks on DraftKings, and they yielded the most passing yards in the league last year. At home against the Giants, Prescott has a ton of question marks, but he offers the ability to pay up at other positions and create some unique lineups.

Other options to consider: Tyrod Taylor ($6,900), Brock Osweiler ($6,200)
