Tony Bradley leaving North Carolina after one season

North Carolina Tar Heels freshman center Tony Bradley will remain in the 2017 NBA Draft, ending his college career after just one season, per Jeff Goodman of ESPN.

What It Means:

Bradley was a top 20 recruit in the class of 2016 but played just 14.6 minutes per game in his lone season in North Carolina. He was set for an expanded role in 2017-18 with Kennedy Meeks and Isaiah Hicks graduating, but after receiving feedback from NBA scouts, the center has decided to stay in the draft. Bradley is projected to be an early-to-mid-second round pick this June.

Bradley averaged 19.5 points and 14.5 rebounds per 40 minutes his freshman season. He had a 31.5 net rating while shooting 57.3% from the floor.
