West Virginia's Jevon Carter entering the NBA Draft
West Virginia Mountaineers junior guard Jevon Carter will enter his name into consideration for the 2017 NBA Draft but will not hire an agent, per Bryan Messerly of WVUSports.com.
Carter had a breakout season for West Virginia last season as he led the team in scoring, assists and steals. He is currently not projected to be drafted, but by not signing with an agent, Carter leaves the door open to returning to school next season.
Carter averaged 13.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 2.5 steals per game while ranking in the top-15 of the nation with an 89.6 defensive rating.
