Arizona Wildcats sophomore guard Allonzo Trier has announced that he will be returning to school for his junior season, per Jeff Goodman of ESPN.
Due to a suspension, Trier was only able to play 18 games for the Wildcats but become their best offensive weapon immediately. By returning, he ensures Arizona will be a top-five school next season, and he can improve his draft stock with a full season to show off his talents.
Trier averaged 17.2 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.9 three-pointers while playing just 18 games (13 starts) last year.
