Moritz Wagner possibly leaving Michigan early for the NBA
Michigan Wolverines sophomore forward Mortiz Wagner has declared for the 2017 NBA Draft but will not hire an agent, per Jeff Goodman of ESPN.
Wagner joins teammate D.J. Wilson in entering the draft without an agent. The 6'11" forward will hope to test his draft stock at the NBA combine but leaves the door open to return to school, where he will likely have a larger role in the offense. Wagner is currently projected to go undrafted.
Wagner averaged 12.1 points, 4.2 rebounds, 1.0 steals, and 1.2 three-pointers per game last season.
