D.J. Wilson of Michigan testing the NBA Draft waters
Michigan Wolverines junior forward D.J. Wilson has declared for the 2017 NBA Draft but will not hire an agent, per Chad Ford of ESPN.
Wilson now can weigh his draft stock by participating in the draft combine and other pre-draft activities while leaving himself the option of pulling out of the draft and returning to school, as long as he does so by May 24. He is currently projected to be a late-first round pick.
Wilson averaged 11.0 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.5 blocks per game his junior season.
