Kansas State not expecting D.J. Johnson to play on Wednesday
Kansas State senior forward D.J. Johnson (ankle) will be a game-time decision on Wednesday but looks doubtful to play versus the Iowa State Cyclones, according to Kellis Robinett of the Kansas City Star.
What It Means:
Johnson missed Saturday's game versus the West Virginia Mountaineers, but he's progressing positively and nearing a return. Xavier Sneed started in his place on Saturday and would likely do so again with Wesley Iwundu and Dean Wade logging extra minutes as well.
Johnson is averaging 12.0 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.7 blocks per game this season.
