Kyle Kuzma returns on Sunday after two-game absence for Utah
Utah Utes senior forward Kyle Kuzma (ankle) returned from a two-game absence on Sunday to score 14 points with six rebounds and two steals in a 76-60 win over the Colorado Buffaloes.
Kuzma essentially missed three games as he played only one minute versus the San Francisco Dons on December 22 before spraining his ankle. He started in his return and appeared to show no ill-affects as he played 30 minutes and was 6-for-12 from the floor. Perfect timing as the Utes are facing off with 17th-ranked Arizona Wildcats on Thursday.
Kuzma is the team's leading rebounder with 9.8 boards per game and the second-leading scorer with 14.4 points per game.
