Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets freshman guard Josh Okogie scored a game-high 26 points in Saturday's win over the North Carolina Tar Heels.
Okogie has been inconsistent all year as he averaged 19.0 points his first five collegiate games but then only 9.1 the next seven contests before going off for 26 on Saturday. In fact, Okogie had only scored a total of 23 points in his last three games before hitting 7-for-14 from the field and 11-for-13 from the line versus North Carolina.
The freshman is shooting only 40.8% from the field and 29.2% from beyond the arc as he ranks second on the team with 14.2 points per game.
