San Diego State Aztecs sophomore forward Zylan Cheatham recorded his third double-double of the season in Sunday's 64-48 win over the San Fransisco Dons in the Diamond Head Classic Championship Game.
The sophomore led the Aztecs to the stifling victory over the Dons with 16 points and 11 rebounds. Cheatham had a successful tournament run, averaging 15.7 points and 9.3 boards per game. In the finale, the forward went 6-for-7 from the field and 3-for-4 from the line with two steals.
Cheatham leads the Aztecs in rebounding and field goal percentage with 6.8 boards per game and a .548 field-goal shooting percentage.
