Gian Clavell expected to play Saturday for Colorado State
Colorado State Rams guard Gian Clavell has been reinstated from his suspension and is expected to play Saturday versus the Northern Colorado Bears, according to Kelly Lyell of The Coloradoan.
Clavell was suspended indefinitely following his arrest on a misdemeanor charge of false imprisonment with a domestic violence enhancement on November 9. The guard averaged 20.8 points, 6.9 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 2.7 three-pointers in 10 games before being lost for the season with a hand injury last year.
The 7-2 Rams desperately need the explosive scoring Clavell can provide if they are going to improve on their 5.6 percent chance of making the NCAA Tournament.
