Gibbs is warming up after starting the season slow due to a shoulder injury as he is averaging 28.7 points per game over the last two weeks. On the season, Gibbs is among the nation's scoring leaders with 24.3 points per game.

Despite the lofty point totals, the senior guard has not been his usual lights-out self, shooting only 43.0 percent from the field and 36.1 percent from beyond the arc.
