10. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Kentucky

The emergence of the 6'6" guard has been key to the resurgence of the young Kentucky Wildcats, following a mid-season swoon. Frankly, Gilgeous-Alexander was terrific in both of the team's opening games, but it's his performance against Buffalo that was truly special.

While Kevin Knox remains Kentucky's best pure shooter, Gilgeous-Alexander has taken over as the primary engine behind John Calipari's offense, and this game was a perfect example of that. Gilgeous-Alexander was a terrific 10-of-12 from the field, and he also earned 7 trips to the charity stripe, led the team in assists, and even contributed on the other end with a handful of steals.

With Gilgeous-Alexander playing like this, Kentucky making a Final Four appearance seems destined.
