Joffrey Lauvergne (back) doubtful Wednesday for Denver
Denver Nuggets center Joffrey Lauvergne (back) is doubtful to play in Wednesday's game against the San Antonio Spurs.
There's a chance Lauvergne makes it back to the court for Friday's matchup with the Phoenix Suns, but it sounds like there's very little chance he plays on Wednesday. J.J. Hickson and Nikola Jokic will help pick up the slack with Lauvergne sidelined.
Lauvergne hasn't played since November 1. In three games, he's averaging 10.7 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists.
