The Memphis Grizzlies have traded forward Jarell Martin to the Orlando Magic.
Martin was sent to Orlando in exchange for center Dakari Johnson, who was traded to the Magic from the Thunder only three days ago. Martin will have a tough time finding minutes in Orlando, with Aaron Gordon, Jonathan Isaac, Nikola Vucevic, Mohamed Bamba and Khem Birch all competing for playing time.
Martin averaged career-highs in all of points (7.7), rebounds (4.4), assists (1.0), blocks (0.7) and minutes (22.8) per game last season. His .480 effective field goal percentage was also a career-best.
