Hawks and Alex Len finalizing a deal
The Atlanta Hawks and free agent center Alex Len are finalizing a deal, per Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports.
It is a reported two-year, $8.5 million deal for the 25-year-old center. Len will compete for minutes at the five with Dewayne Dedmon, John Collins and Miles Plumlee.
Len averaged 8.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 20.2 minutes per game in the 2017-18 season. His .567 effective field goal percentage and 19.8% rebound rate were both career-best marks.
