Derrick Rose and the Minnesota Timberwolves have agreed to terms on a one-year contact, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Rose will continue to crowd the Timberwolves' backcourt. He will be backing up Jeff Teague and cutting into the minutes available for Tyus Jones off the bench.
Rose played a big role off the Minnesota bench in their short playoff run last season, averaging 14.2 points, 2.6 assists, 1.8 rebounds and 11.4 field goal attempts in 23.8 minutes per game.
