Golden State Warriors forward Kevin Durant will re-sign with the team this summer.
What It Means:
Durant confirmed the news on Thursday in an interview with Rachel Nichols. He had the option to opt out of his contract after this season, but apparently he's already made the decision to forgo that clause.
Durant is coming off of a massive 43-point performance in Game 3. Our early projections for tomorrow night's Game 4 show him scoring 47.2 FanDuel points.
