Knicks pursuing Willie Green
Per reports, the Knicks have spoken with veteran Willie Green twice since midnight.
What It Means:
Green would provide shooting off the bench and leadership for a relatively young New York squad. In 52 games last year with Orlando, Green averaged 5.9 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 1.3 assists with a nERD of -4.2. The deal could be reached as soon as this afternoon.
