Cleveland Cavaliers forward/center Kevin Love has been ruled out for Sunday's Game 7 against the Boston Celtics, reports Cleveland.com's Joe Vardon.
Love was placed in the concussion protocol and he will not clear it by game time tomorrow. He has a history with concussions, suffering his most recent one in March, so they're being cautious with a potential return. In his absence, Jeff Green, Larry Nance and Tristan Thompson could see larger workloads to help Cleveland close out the Eastern Conference Finals.
Prior to exiting Friday's game early, Love was averaging 15.0 points and 11.0 rebounds per through the first five.
