George Hill listed by Cavs as a starter for Game 1 on Tuesday
Cleveland Cavaliers point guard George Hill is listed as a starter for Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Semifinal versus the Toronto Raptors on Tuesday.
Hill returned to action on Sunday after missing a pair of games with a back injury. He is penciled in to start at the point, shifting LeBron James back to power forward and Kevin Love to center. Tristan Thompson will come off the bench.
