Tristan Thompson produces a double-double in Cavaliers' Game 7 win
Cleveland Cavaliers center Tristan Thompson got the surprise start in Sunday's Game 7 win over the Indiana Pacers, finishing with 15 points on 5-for-6 shooting, to go with 10 rebounds, 1 steal, and 1 block in 35 minutes.
Thompson had yet to play more than 14 minutes in the postseason, and his 35 Game 7 minutes were the most he's played all year. The Cavs' big man will be needed even more in the second round against the Raptors, but it remains to be seen whether Ty Lue will deploy his big man for that much playing time in Game 1.
Thompson is now averaging 15.6 FanDuel points per game this season.
