Kings' Bogdan Bogdanovic has a miniscus tear, will have surgery to repair
Sacramento Kings guard Bogdan Bogdanovic underwent an MRI following the season, which revealed a partially torn miniscus in his left knee.
The rookie guard underwent surgery to fix the injury on Tuesday and is expected to make a full recovery be ready to go by training camp in Spetember. A full update will be provided by the team at a later date.
Bogdanovic showed his offensive touch in his first year in the NBA, averaging 11.8 points, 2.9 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 1.7 three-pointers per game. He posted a -3.6 nERD rating, ranking him 495th out of 498 NBA players this season.
