San Antonio Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard (quad) has been officially ruled out for Game 1 versus the Golden State Warriors.
No surprise here as the superstar forward is not expected to play the rest of the season. He is still officially considered day-to-day. Kyle Anderson will remain in the Spurs' starting lineup for Game 1.
Leonard managed to play only 9 games (210 minutes) this season. He averaged 16.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.0 blocks per game in 2017-18.
