Golden State Warriors point guard Steph Curry will almost certainly not play in the first round of the playoffs against the San Antonio Spurs.
The Warriors will give official confirmation this weekend, but at this point Steve Kerr still expects him to sit. Quinn Cook would likely continue to start at point guard in his absence.
The Warriors desperately need Curry back. They are only 17-14 without him this season, compared to 41-10 when he plays. They score 13.9 fewer points per game with him out of the lineup.
