Toronto Raptors shooting guard Norman Powell will start Sunday's game versus the Orlando Magic.
Powell draws the start as DeMar DeRozan gets the night off to rest. He will play a bigger role tonight, but we shouldn't expect much from Powell, as he has reached double-digit points scored just twice since the beginning of March.
