According to The Advocate's Scott Kushner, New Orleans Pelicans coach Alvin Gentry said guard Ian Clark will miss 5-to-10 days.
Clark suffered a bad sprain of his right ankle during Wednesday's game, and he did not return. He will likely miss the regular season, returning if and when the Pelicans take the floor in the Western Conference playoffs. In the meantime, Rajon Rondo and Jrue Holiday could see more minutes, along with E'Twaun Moore, as the Pelicans keep their backcourt rotation tight down the stretch.
In 72 games, Clark has averaged 7.3 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 19.4 minutes per game this season.
