Boston Celtics point guard Terry Rozier (ankle) has been cleared to play on Wednesday against the Toronto Raptors.
What It Means:
Rozier returns after a one-game absence and it appears that the game-time decision had more to do with logistics of playing two games on the road in two nights, rather than an ankle issue. Kadeem Allen will return to the Celtics' bench.
