Detroit Pistons forward Blake Griffin has been diagnosed with a bone bruise in his ankle and will be re-evaluated in a week.
What It Means:
Griffin was a late scratch on Thursday and this explains why. Anthony Tolliver started in place of him, so he should remain a starter in the short term.
