Hassan Whiteside (hip) practices for Heat on Wednesday
Miami Heat center Hassan Whiteside (left hip flexor) practiced on Wednesday and there's a chance he could make his return for Thursday's game against the Chicago Bulls.
Whiteside has been out for nine games, but the fact that he is practicing without any limitations means he's close to a return. We'll consider him questionable for Thursday's game. Look for another update prior to Miami's shootaroud, but if Whiteside plays, Jordan Mickey will head back to the bench, while James Johnson and Kelly Olynyk might see fewer minutes if Whiteside isn't limited.
If he is able to play Thursday, our models project Whiteside for 35.9 FanDuel points at a cost of $7,000.
