Solomon Hill will play 8-10 minutes for Pelicans in Sunday's season debut

New Orleans Pelicans guard/forward Solomon Hill (hamstring tear) will play roughly 8-10 minutes on Sunday against the Boston Celtics.

What It Means:

Hill hasn't played yet this season after undergoing surgery in October, so the Pelicans are going to take things very slowly while working him back into the rotation. The 2013 first-round pick turns 27 today.

Hill averaged 7.0 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 0.9 steals, and 1.2 3-pointers in 29.7 minutes per game for the Pelicans last season.
