Celtics' Kyrie Irving (knee) ruled out for Friday's game against the Magic
Boston Celtics guard Kyrie Irving (knee) will not play on Friday against the Orlando Magic.
Irving wasn't expected to be back on Friday, so this doesn't come as a surprise. However, he reportedly has a chance to return on Sunday against the New Orleans Pelicans. In the meantime, Terry Rozier, Jayson Tatum and Shane Larkin will continue to play bigger roles for the short-handed Celtics.
Irving has averaged 37.8 FanDuel points per game this season.
