Knicks' Kristaps Porzingis doesn't have official timetable
New York Knicks forward/center Kristaps Porzingis (ACL surgery) does not have an official timetable for his return.
"I think I don't know how many months I have," Porzingis said Tuesday in his first public comments since tearing his left ACL on February 6." [But] I'm going to use it as efficiently as I can to come back as a better player and also work on my mind ... and come back sharp." The 22-year-old Latvian star is expected to be out about 10 months from the time of surgery, which would put him back on the court at some point in December of next season.
