Dallas Mavericks small forward Dorian Finney-Smith (knee) will start on Tuesday against the New York Knicks.
This will be just the second start of the season for Finney-Smith, who managed just 1 rebound and 1 assist over 16 minutes back on October 21. Dwight Powell will move to the Mavericks' bench after starting the past seven games.
