Mavericks' Nerlens Noel (rest) won't play Saturday, will play Sunday
Dallas Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle said center Nerlens Noel won't play Saturday but will play Sunday, according to Mavs.com Dwain Price.
The Mavericks are clearly managing Noel's workload as he returns from a thumb injury that kept him out from late November to late February. Noel played well on Tuesday against the Denver Nuggets, turning in eight points and 14 rebounds in 26 minutes. If he plays around 25 a night, Dwight Powell and Salah Mejri will suffer the most.
Through 4 games back, Noel is averaging 19.6 FanDuel points and 18.6 minutes per game. He's projected for 10 FD points Sunday against the Houston Rockets.
