Warriors' Stephen Curry (ankle) ruled out for Friday and Sunday
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry (ankle) will not play on Friday against Portland or Sunday against Minnesota.
Curry rolled his ankle in the first quarter of Thursday's game against the San Antonio Spurs, heading to the locker room and ultimately sitting out the rest of the game. It doesn't sound too serious, but given his history of ankle injuries, the Warriors will play things safe and have him rest at home during their two-game road trip. Quinn Cook could get some starts while Curry is out.
Curry would finish the game with just 2 points in 2 minutes of action.
