Mills replaces Danny Green who is out with food poisoning. Expect Manu Ginobili, Bryn Forbes, and Tony Parker to see an uptick in minutes as well.
Mills has averaged 9.8 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 3.7 assists in 27.6 minutes in his previous 13 starts this season.
