Marcus Smart (thigh) expected to play for Celtics on Friday
Boston Celtics point guard Marcus Smart (thigh) is expected to play on Friday against the Detroit Pistons, head coach Brad Stevens said.
What It Means:
Smart has been cleared to return from the hand injury that sidelined him for the final 11 games before the All-Star break, but he's now dealing with a thigh bruise that kept him out of Thursday's practice. It's believed to be minor and Smart should be good to go tonight in Detroit.
Assuming he's active, numberFire's models project Smart to score 22.9 FanDuel points at a cost of $5,000 on Friday.
