Atkinson: D'Angelo Russell 'starting to round into form' for Nets
Brooklyn Nets head coach Kenny Atkinson said guard D'Angelo Russell is "starting to round into form" following his return from injury.
According to Nets Daily's Bryan Fonseca, Atkinson did say that Russell's not "at peak level yet." The 21-year-old combo-guard has played over 30 minutes just one time since returning from a minor knee procedure. He should be a full-go in the next few weeks, at which time he'll take minutes from some combination of Spencer Dinwiddie, Allen Crabbe and Joe Harris.
For Thursday's game against the Charlotte Hornets, Russell's projected for 27.4 FanDuel points at a cost of $6,100.
