Detroit Pistons guard Reggie Jackson (Achilles) struggled in a start against the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday, making 3-of-10 from the field for 7 points with 3 rebounds, 6 assists, and 6 turnovers.
He had a sore Achilles and missed some practice this week. The rust certainly showed in this one.
Jackson is going to run the offense this year, and he should run a ton of pick-and-rolls as the floor general -- nobody ran more pick-and-rolls than Jackson after the break last year. He's someone to think about in drafts after the early-round point guards come off the board. He averaged 14.5 points, 4.2 rebounds and 6.0 assists last season.
