Jordan Clarkson not expected to play for Cavaliers on Friday
Cleveland Cavaliers guard Jordan Clarkson is not expected to make his debut on Friday against the Atlanta Hawks.
Clarkson was acquired from the Los Angeles Lakers at Thursday's deadline as part of the Isaiah Thomas deal, but he'll have to wait until at least Sunday's matchup with the Boston Celtics to make his debut. Look for Jose Calderon to log plenty of minutes tonight for the Cavaliers. London Perrantes may also crack the rotation.
Clarkson averaged 23.6 FanDuel points in 53 games (two starts) with the Lakers this season. Over the remainder of the year, numberFire's models project him to record 15.5 points, 2.9 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 0.9 steals, and 1.4 3-pointers.
