The Brooklyn Nets acquired forward Dante Cunningham from the New Orleans Pelicans in exchange for shooting guard Rashad Vaughn.
What It Means:
Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (groin) and Quincy Acy (finger) are both currently on the shelf, so Cunningham could see some minutes at the four in Brooklyn but there's no guarantee that he has a relevant role.
Cunningham averaged 12.3 FanDuel points in 51 games (24 starts) for the Pelicans this season, with 5.0 points and 3.8 rebounds in 21.8 minutes per contest.
