Willie Reed traded from Pistons to Bulls, will be bought out
The Chicago Bulls will waive forward/center Willie Reed after acquiring him from the Detroit Pistons in exchange for Jameer Nelson, reports ESPN.
What It Means:
Reed was suspended this week by the NBA because of a domestic violence incident that occurred last August. He was acquired by the Pistons from the Los Angeles Clippers as part of the Blake Griffin deal on January 29.
Reed averaged 3.1 minutes through three games with the Pistons before being suspended.
