Bucks' Malcolm Brogdon (quad) diagnosed with partial tear, to miss 6-8 weeks
According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Matt Velazquez, Milwaukee Bucks guard Malcolm Brogdon has been diagnosed with a partially torn left quadricep tendon, which will sideline him 6-to-8 weeks.
Brogdon left Thursday's game as he pulled up with a non-contact injury. He was originally said to have a quad tendon strain and was seen leaving the arena on crutches. But this will keep him out an extended period of time, just as Jabari Parker's returning to action. While he's away, Sterling Brown and Tony Snell will pick up the slack, as Eric Bledsoe picks up more usage in the starting lineup.
Over 30.5 minutes a game, Brogdon is averaging 13.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 46 games (20 starts) this season.
