Report: Pistons ramping up efforts to trade Stanley Johnson

The Detroit Pistons have reportedly "ramped up their efforts" to move guard/forward Stanley Johnson.

What It Means:

The Pistons are clearly trying to sell-high on Johnson. He's coming off of a 26-point, 10-rebounding outing, and he's been playing rather well of late. Detroit has reportedly shown interest in Utah's Rodney Hood, who is also being shopped on the market. If Johnson's moved, Reggie Bullock and Luke Kennard would benefit most on the wing.

Over 38 games and 27.3 minutes a game, Johnson is averaging 8.0 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game. However, his -2.4 nERD is basically a wash with a guy like Hood (-2.3).
